THE ROOTS & WINGS FUND
“There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to leave our children…
one is roots and the other is wings.”
The Rise School of Austin is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and therefore does not receive government funding. We depend on the generosity of our community to cover 60% of our operating costs. The Roots and Wings Fund helps to keep our exceptional educational experience affordable for more families and close the gap between tuition dollars and the actual cost of a Rise education for our students.
It is through the support of our parents, grandparents, alumni, staff, board, and the greater Austin community that our program thrives today — from faculty salaries and professional development, to inclusive, research-driven academic programs and financial aid — the collective impact of giving to Rise is truly profound.
Annual members contribute a one-time donation or pledge to be paid by July 31, 2020. Please email Rachel Parr at to make a pledge or use the link below to make a gift online.
Sustaining members pledge to donate a specified amount every year for a period of up to 5 years. Spreading support over time can be easier on your budget and provides a steady, reliable stream of income to our program. Please fill out and sign a pledge form and return it to The Rise School of Austin via mail: Attn: Rachel Parr, 4800 Manor Road, Building J, Austin TX 78723 or email email@example.com.
Contributions to The Roots and Wings Fund are tax-deductible. You can make your payment with cash, check, credit card, wire transfer, or securities. Questions? Please call 512-891-1682.
